On the island of Brač, Croatia, from 27 to 30 May 2026, the international scientific conference CETRA 2026 (Conference on Roads and Road Infrastructure) was held, bringing together more than 300 participants from over 40 countries worldwide. More than 180 scientific and professional papers in the field of transport infrastructure were presented at the conference.
The paper authored by our colleagues Filip Trpčevski, teaching assistant Nikola Milovanović, docent Vladan Ilić, associate professor Dejan Gavran, docent Sanja Fric, docent Stefan Vranjevac, and teaching assistant Miloš Lukić, entitled “Methodology for Measuring Water Film Depth on Road Sections Prone to Aquaplaning Under Traffic,” was awarded the Best Paper Award of the conference.
The research was conducted within the RESAFE research project, funded through the PRISMA programme of the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia.
On this occasion, the authors received the Best Paper Award, representing significant international recognition of the quality of their research and its contribution to the scientific and professional community in the field of transport infrastructure.
